November, 2017, Salt Lake City, Utah – Command7 today announced that it has hired David Morgan to serve as controller for the organization. Mr. Morgan has filed SEC reports and built accounting systems from scratch when needed. Successes have come in creating complex informational reports to managing direct reports while completing the financial reporting for companies recognizing hundreds of millions of dollars in net revenue.
Mr. Morgan’s use of team building through leadership and management of fellow employees allows Command7 to increase employee satisfaction through the sharing of skills to encourage employee growth through desire rather than through micromanagement. David uses empathy as his #1 strength. This allows him to be sensitive to employee feelings, thoughts and experiences while channeling inspiration to develop his teams into empowered employees, generating accurate and timely production from their responsibilities.
David Morgan comes to Command7 with an Accounting degree from Westminster College and an MBA from the University of Utah.
